Booking Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing to book a stay at Grecostay. By paying your deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions, which form a contract between us. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Making a Booking
1.1 You must be 18 years or older to book and stay at Grecostay accommodations.
1.2 The maximum number of guests per accommodation will depend on the property’s stated capacity. Please check the details of your chosen property.
1.3 A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at your arrival date.
1.4 Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
1.5 If full payment is not received, Grecostay reserves the right to cancel your booking, and your deposit will not be refunded.
2. Booking Confirmation
2.1 Upon submitting a booking via our system, you will receive an email summary and payment confirmation.
2.2 Ensure all details in your booking confirmation are accurate. Notify Grecostay immediately if there are any discrepancies.
2.4 All bookings remain provisional until payment is received in full.
3. Payment Methods
3.1 Deposits must be made by bank transfer, the rest must be paid by cash. No surcharges will be applied.
4. Pricing and Taxes
4.1 Prices for accommodation are subject to change, but the rate at the time of booking will be honored.
4.2 Taxes are included in all quoted prices unless otherwise stated.
5. Booking Amendments
5.1 You may request changes to your booking up to 4 weeks before your arrival date.
5.2 Amendments within 4 weeks of your arrival date are not permitted. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 Deposits are non-refundable.
6.2 Cancellations made will incur a charge of 100% of the total deposit cost.
6.3 Refunds, if authorized, will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
6.4 Grecostay reserves the right to cancel bookings due to non-compliance with terms or disruptive behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
7. Arrival and Departure Times
7.1 Check-in time is from 15:00 on your arrival day. Early check-ins are subject to prior approval.
7.2 Check-out time is by 11:00 on your departure day. Late check-outs must be agreed upon in advance.
7.3 Late arrivals (after 20:00) must be communicated in advance.
8. Property Care
8.1 Guests are expected to keep the property clean and in good condition.
8.2 Any damages or breakages must be reported immediately. Charges may apply for significant damages.
8.3 Excessive cleaning requirements may result in an additional fee.
9. Pets
9.1 Pets are only allowed in properties where explicitly stated.
9.2 Guests must inform Grecostay if they intend to bring a pet. Additional fees may apply.
9.3 Pets must not be left unattended in the property and are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
9.4 Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
10. Smoking
10.1 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the properties.
10.2 Guests found smoking indoors will be charged a cleaning fee and may be asked to vacate the property.
11. Force Majeure
11.1 Grecostay is not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or other extraordinary circumstances.
11.2 In such cases, we will offer to reschedule or refund your booking at our discretion.
12. Liability
12.1 Grecostay is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
12.2 Vehicles parked on the property are at the owner’s risk.
12.3 Guests are advised to have appropriate travel insurance.
13. Amendments to Terms
13.1 Grecostay reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The terms applicable at the time of booking will apply.
